Returns:

Since switching our business model in 2024 we no longer except returns but we do accept exchanges 

Exchanges:

Up to 14 days upon arrival of package any item may be exchanged in original condition with tags attached. 

Upon receiving and processing the Exchange, Soul Studio will email the customer a Store Credit that is good for up to 1 year.

 

You are responsible for shipping back your item safe and sound (include insurance and tracking)

Items must be perfume, makeup and stain free. Package your items with care, we are not responsible for damaged goods and reserve the right to deny an exchange if items are not in their original condition.
