Can I return a Sale item?
Unfortunately, Final Sale items cannot be returned. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, we recommend reaching out to Customer Service for advice if you have any questions.
Shipping/Order Timeline:
Shipping is a flat rate in the US (2-6 days). We ship weekly (up to five business days for processing plus shipping time)
International Shipping is available and calculated by exact location at checkout
Rush Shipping is available (US only) for an extra charge at checkout. You'll have your special piece in 3 business days if your piece is ready made, for made to order items please contact us to inquire on timeline for your order
Local Curbside Pickup:
We no longer offer curbside pickup, sorry for the inconvenience.
How do I use my Giftcard?
At checkout you will apply your custom code (sent via email) to your cart and the amount will be subtracted from your purchase.
Will my color/print look exactly as pictured?
Your naturally dyed work of art will be similar to pictured and completely one of a kind and stunning!
If you want matching sets/items please order them together-dye batches can vary 5-10% -this is normal and the nature of our plant dyes. Each natural dye source has its own mineral content which creates unique results. Remember these are living colors and hand-dyed works of art-not printed by a machine.
