How do I get in touch with Customer Service?

Can I return a Sale item? 


Unfortunately, Final Sale items cannot be returned. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, we recommend reaching out to Customer Service for advice if you have any questions. 

 

Shipping:


Shipping is a flat fee of $5 in the US (2-6 days). We ship weekly (up to five business days for processing plus shipping time)

International Shipping is available and calculated by exact location at checkout

Rush Shipping is available (US only) for an extra charge at checkout. You'll have your special piece in 3 business days 

 

Local Curbside Pickup:

Some items can be processed quickly, others may take up to five business days. Please contact us directly (hello@wearesoulstudio.com) if you would like immediate pickup, otherwise you will be sent an email when your order is ready for pickup at our studio between the hours of 12-6pm Tu-Sat

 

How do I use my Giftcard?


At checkout you will apply your custom code (sent via email) to your cart and the amount will be subtracted from your purchase.
