Returns:

Returns are accepted for a full refund up to 14 days upon arrival of package. All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. 

Customer must email us (hello@wearesoulstudio.com) to request a return. Please include your order number in the email and your full name.

Soul Studio monitors all Returns closely and reserves right to refuse returns upon poor condition. 

Exchanges:

Up to 30 days upon arrival of package any item may be exchanged in original condition with tags attached. 

Upon receiving and processing the Exchange, Soul Studio will email the customer a Store Credit that is good for up to 1 year.

You are responsible for shipping back your item safe and sound (include insurance and tracking)
